Refund & Cancellation

1. General Policy

At Shivali Advisors, we strive to provide the best financial advisory and loan consultation services. Since our primary service involves consultation, document processing, and liaising with financial institutions, our refund policy is strictly governed by the nature of these professional services.

2. Advisory Fees

Any consultation or advisory fees charged by Shivali Advisors for assessing your financial profile, preparing loan documents, or advising on financial structuring are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been provided or the file processing has commenced.

3. Bank & NBFC Processing Fees

Please note that any processing fees, login fees, valuation charges, or legal charges paid directly to a Bank or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) are governed solely by the respective institution's refund policies. Shivali Advisors cannot process or guarantee refunds for fees paid directly to third-party lenders.

Typically, bank processing fees are non-refundable regardless of whether a loan is approved, rejected, or withdrawn.

4. Cancellation of Services

You may choose to cancel your service request with us at any time before your loan file is submitted (logged in) to a financial institution. If you cancel before this stage, and if an upfront advisory fee was collected by us, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.

Once a loan file is submitted to a bank or NBFC, no cancellations will be entertained regarding our advisory fees.

5. Rejection of Loan Application

The final authority to approve or reject a loan application rests with the lending institution based on your credit score, income verification, and their internal policies. Rejection of a loan application by a bank/NBFC does not qualify for a refund of any advisory fees paid to Shivali Advisors.
