1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Shivali Advisors ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Advisory Services

Shivali Advisors acts as a financial consultant and advisory firm. We assist clients in preparing documentation and applying for loans with banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We do not lend money directly. The final decision to approve or reject a loan application rests solely with the respective bank or NBFC based on their credit policies.

3. User Representations

By using the Site and our services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration and financial information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (must be at least 18 years of age).
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Shivali Advisors and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
